Return to Headlines Secretary II The individual will work in the labor relations office, handling high volumes of work, especially during peak times.
The employee will operate the regional (web-based and telephone) system that enables participating school systems to record employees absences and backfill those absences with substitutes.
That includes servicing the Absence Management system Help Desk (providing assistance to regular employees and substitutes), and designing and generating custom reports regarding system utilization.
The individual will also handle the recruitment, interviewing, selection, and hiring of substitute employees.
The individual will prepare and receive correspondence that is confidential, and perform other confidential labor relations responsibilities and duties.
The individual must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs, e-mail, and the internet.
Regarding physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position, requirements may include the abilities to regularly and repetitively stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, push and pull.
Regular attendance and dependability are required.
Other responsibilities may be assigned.
The assignment is subject to change.
Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
The anticipated (estimated) annual salary range is $40,000-$50,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
