Some basic accounting knowledge a plus, but not necessary.
The sky's the limit with this position - once you master the daily responsibilities of this role, there is much room to expand as the team believes in always lending a hand to one other, cross-training and continuously improving.
Role responsibilities include leading the accounting hub and install invoice inbox, and managing our company's invoicing from both the accounts payable and receivable ends.
Your day may consist of handling tax exemptions, ensuring our invoices are precise and sent to clients, applying payments to orders, or recording invoices from our material, freight and field service vendors.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
